Born and raised in Frederick, Maryland, I have an intimate knowledge of the area and a strong desire to make my home, your home. With over 15 years of real estate experience, my business is built on communication, dedication, transparency, and educating the consumer. My designations include the National Association of Realtors GREEN designation as well as the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification. This knowledge, coupled with my undergraduate degree in property management and real estate from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!), has provided me with valuable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings. I can meet all your needs whether you are a seller trying to get the most for your home's value, a first-time home buyer, a seasoned buyer, an investor, or want to build a home. I have contacts in the mortgage industry, title, and home inspection industries to help with a smooth transaction. My business is almost entirely referral based and it is so important to me to provide the most excellent service to buyers and sellers to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business.
